I am a freelance agile consultant currently based in Wellington, New Zealand.
I am one of NZ's leading Agile advocates, a Certified Scrum Master and became New Zealand's first Certified Scrum Practitioner in October 2007.
One of my major Agile initiatives was working on Sony Ericsson’s global enterprise website, which was a distributed Agile programme of work (Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Mumbai).
I have since coached and trained multiple organisations and development teams at the BNZ (Bank of New Zealand), the ACC (Accident Compensation Company New Zealand), NZ On Screen, the National Library of New Zealand, Silverstripe and Snapper.
Currently I am working as an independent Agile Coach helping organisations become passionate about Agile and Lean principles and methods and to be as Agile as they can and want to be.I coach, teach and re-factor organisations and individual teams and try to learn as much in the process as I possibly can.Follow me on
