The problems we see
Most organisations come to us with some version of the same issues:
Everything depends on one person. One developer who knows the system. One person who holds the relationships. One person who knows what customers want.
Knowledge doesn't move. People work next to each other for years and still don't know what their colleagues do. There's no pairing, no cross-training, no shared understanding of the work.
No one knows how to step up. There are no career pathways between where people are and where the organisation needs them to be. Leadership wants self-managing teams but hasn't built the bridge to get there.
Generational tension. Experienced people who've always done it one way. Younger people who want to use every tool available. Neither group learns from the other.
Succession is a blank page. If your senior people left tomorrow, who takes over? Most organisations can't answer that.

How we work
We're a small team of senior coaches. We work in the (real or virtual) room with your people, doing the work alongside them.
We stick around. We don’t just give you a powerpoint presentation. Making the team work when people have to change how they do things takes time. We spend most of our time on that bit.
We build your people up. We grow skills across the team and help people step into bigger roles.
